‘Grow a Tree’ | Music Practice Challenge!

Why run a Music Practice Challenge based on number of pieces learned?  Well, it’s a really great way to help students focus on their achievements, rather than just counting practice hours or minutes…which can get a bit tedious for children. And it is well known that students who learn a quantity of pieces each year, develop better sight reading, and musicality skills too! 

This Music Practice Challenge gives you the options of letting each child have their own single page sized tree to decorate, or having students combine their efforts to contribute to a large wall poster. Sharing one large wall poster in the studio can be great fun, and build a stronger sense of camaraderie between the students, as they see each others efforts.
