Reviews

  • Fantastic, my Students love it!

I find this set really good for introducing rhythm concepts to my beginner students: The 'flip book' is especially great for the younger ones, and the 'spatial note cards' and work book are super for the older ones. Such a flexible & fun resource, and I like to pair it with the Takadimi approach!

  • Excellent!

I love this rhythm kit – my students eyes light up when I get it out! We revisit it from time to time, especially when I introduce new rhythm vocab or time signatures in lessons.

It's especially great with beginner to late elementary levels, but I also use the trickier rhythm cards & time signatures to challenge my intermediate students, and get them thinking.

Good value & I'm very happy!

  • I got this Rhythm Builder bundle to use with the children that I teach. I was looking for something that would make rhythm and duration concepts more visual for them. I am using it in private instrumental lessons, and also in a small group theory class. I really love this kit because it feels very 'hands on' – the fact that the Spatial Note Cards, and Workspace Book bars, have all the different note values relative to each other in physical size & space is awesome. I love the physicality of it! And the posters and handouts are good because they show all these note values in order and in relation to each other – easy to remember! I will be using this rhythm teaching kit a lot.
    Thanks! 🙂
